Is going further a quality of masculinity? Is it good enough to do a hard thing that has already been done or must a man always try to top another man's achievement - or even his own?
Is "pioneering" a manly attribute? I believe "exploration," probably is.

MFG strives to dispel myths and cliche notions of manliness and get at the inherent, particular nature of a man. Rather than discerning point-by-point guidelines, MFG hopes to frame an understanding of masculinity through the objects and imagery generated by and for male cultures around the world.
